Sharing my Blissful experience of Sandya Aarati in Pashupatinath."
It was just about yesterday ,we the friends of three were having a normal conversation in the Chiya Pasal of Baneshwor. And from middle of nowhere we have decided to go to the Pashupatinath to see the Evening Puja which is called as 'The Sandya Aarati."Sandya Aarati is performed daily at 6pm in Pashupatinath where you all will be surprised to know that the participation of people were just so Great.I have no idea how many of you have been there to see it but if I am the only one here who have just been there yesterday ever through out my life then I am sorry for the continuous juggling of my experience over there through my piece of shattered words.
Lets come to the point that is about "Sandya Aarati."Sandya Aarati is a Puja, simply a ritual performed everyday at the bank of Bagmati River in Pashupatinath in around 6 pm. I along with my friends have been there at around 5:30 pm and I was surprised to find that number of people that early before the Puja. We have got a place in the front where the perfect sight of Puja can be viewed and experienced.People were around and over everywhere and I was so pissed off thinking that I couldn't take those blissful moment and experience in my frame.
The Puja started with the band performing and singing the hymns, praising the God by playing the classical Instruments. The experience was so mind soothing and relaxing and everyone was having a very Great time and were enjoying every bit of time they were having there. Then after, The Pujari's started chanting and spelling the Vedic Mantras by burning oil lamps and incense. All of those activities experiencing live was ravishing and mind blowing.I have had a Great time being there.
I will put some of the photos and videos that I have taken. Please have a look and post down your comments below in the comment section.Thank You !!
