Trip | The kalinchwok Story !!

The idea for the trip to kalinchowk came into existence when the period of the snowfall was coming nearer.Basically,the snow fall in the spring season and it was it.I discuss about it with my friends and said, it is our only chance to enjoy and play with snow & have our dream fulfilled.Then we the group of four friends set off from kathmandu to kalinchowk where we stay a night at Dolakha and the next day we set off for kalinchowk.

Kalinchowk is one of the tourist destinations in the country situated at an altitude of 4000m above the sea level.There is a temple lies at the Kalinchowk dedicated to the Hindu goddess of Kali named as Kalinchowk Bhagwati which is about 5km from the village named kuri. Kuri is a village near to kalinchowk.We reached Kuri Village in about 2-3 hours of drive in a Mahindra Bolero Jeep from Dolakha.In between those drive we have experienced the magnificent views of landscapes.We experienced the beauty of snowfall and enjoyed our time to the fullest.

Then walking continuously for about 2 hours of those steep and narrow path, we reached the temple. We spent an hour or so in the height of 4000m from the sea-level,the experience was splendid.Then we all four of us came back to Dolakha which is about 13-15km from kalinchowk and stay the night there enjoying our barbeque with a can beer.
